Leadership and Board of Directors
Leadership and Board Village Against Violence is guided by experienced leadership and a committed Board of Directors who share responsibility for governance, accountability, and strategic direction. The organization is led by its Chief Executive Officer, who oversees daily operations, partnerships, program development, and community engagement while working closely with the Board to advance the mission. The Board of Directors provides fiduciary oversight, policy guidance, and long term planning to ensure programs remain effective, compliant, and community centered. Board members bring diverse experience across education, workforce development, business, health, and community advocacy, strengthening the organization’s ability to serve youth and families across Central Virginia. Additional advisors and volunteers support leadership through committees and special initiatives as needed. Together, leadership and board members uphold transparency, ethical practices, and a shared commitment to preventing violence, empowering youth, and supporting families.
